Joseph and Constance Shorter are the owners of Fluidgenius, LLC.

Joseph, who serves as the driving force behind our technical vision, leverages over 20 years of experience as a Chief Architect, including work with two of the renowned Big 4 consulting firms. His expertise fuses deep technical knowledge with strategic business leadership, enabling him to expertly manage current systems while directing innovation to unlock future potential. Joseph’s passion lies in using his broad skill set to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and introduce new technology for immediate cost savings.

This Marine Veteran is also an artist who creates paintings on canvas, stone, and other materials, allowing his work to stand out. A published poet and author of the popular book RAW, In RAAW: Rediscovering African American Wisdom, explores American life from the unique perspective of a thirty-something African American male.

Constance Shorter brings a diverse background to Fluidgenius, drawing on over 18 years of experience in both the legal and technical fields. Complementing her executive skill set are over 30 years in the dance and fitness space, where she serves as the Owner and Artistic Director of BlaizeDance, Inc. Her passion for writing led her to create the global lifestyle magazine, BLAIZE, and author the children's book, Dancing with My Feet. A whimsical story that explains basic ballet techniques to junior dancers.
